Halligan Brothers Coffee - Oath Keeper Medium Roast

A Costa Rican, Honey Medium Roast: This one is a sweet, clean cup with more body than a washed Costa Rica and more clarity than a natural. Medium is the roast that fits it: light enough to keep the fruit and acidity, dark enough to pull out caramel and milk chocolate.
