This one’s a Guatemalan coffee roasted just dark enough to get chocolatey-sweet while still keeping enough acidity to taste like the origin.

Expect cocoa, caramel, and toasted nut up front, with a little orange or stone fruit coming through, plus savory notes of toffee and praline. Sugary sweetness, tangy acidity, and a clean finish.

It works black or with milk — drip, pour-over, or a lighter espresso. Push it any darker and you’d bury the fruit and lose what makes it Guatemalan.
